Method
- Roast Your Peanuts (if not pre-roasted): Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
- Blend: Add peanuts to food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape: Occasionally stop and scrape down the sides.
- Customize: Add salt, honey, or oil to taste. Blend again.
- Store: Transfer to a clean airtight jar and refrigerate.
Notes
- Add cocoa or cinnamon for a flavor twist.
- Chunky version: Set aside some chopped peanuts and stir in at the end.
- Will last 2–3 weeks in the fridge.
